Job Description

A reputed residential service provider, hotel, office facility, or housekeeping company in Romania is hiring reliable and hardworking Cleaners to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning rooms, common areas, offices, bathrooms, and maintaining a neat, safe, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and capable of handling daily cleaning responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
✔ Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
✔ Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
✔ Refill toiletries, cleaning supplies, and maintain hygiene materials
✔ Wash, iron, and organize linens, towels, and cleaning cloths when required
✔ Clean furniture, windows, mirrors, and appliances as assigned
✔ Use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment safely
✔ Follow cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
✔ Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly
✔ Maintain professionalism and respect privacy in working environments

Requirements:

✔ Previous cleaning / housekeeping experience preferred (freshers may apply in some roles)
✔ Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products
✔ Honest, responsible, and hardworking attitude
✔ Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time
✔ Physically fit for standing, lifting, and repetitive cleaning work
✔ Basic communication skills
✔ Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
