We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, market research, and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate will support the business development team in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation through research, networking, and digital platforms.
- Support the team in client outreach and engagement, including emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and leads.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing results.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; prior internship or project experience in sales/business development is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Basic knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Self-driven, eager to learn, organized, and target-oriented.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
