Job Description

We are hiring responsible and punctual Bike Delivery Boys to deliver orders to customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, a valid UAE motorcycle license, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver orders (food / parcels / groceries / documents) to customers on time
  • Ensure safe driving and follow traffic rules at all times
  • Verify delivery information, collect payments if required, and update delivery status in the system
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of the delivery bike
  • Communicate with dispatch, call center, and customers regarding delivery updates
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely
  • Ensure proper packing and secure handling of items
  • Track delivery routes to minimize delay and increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Valid UAE motorcycle driving license (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of delivery experience in UAE (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of roads and navigation applications (Google Maps / Waze)
  • Customer-oriented and well-mannered personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
  • Available to join immediately
