A reputable café and hospitality brand is hiring a skilled and customer-friendly Barista to join its team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages, maintaining café standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences
  • Handle cash, billing, and POS systems accurately when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area
  • Refill ingredients and manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure quick and efficient service during peak hours
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in café/hospitality industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and busy environments
  • Attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional behavior
  • Willingness to learn new recipes and café techniques
