Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD & Revit Architect/Draftsman skilled in producing detailed architectural drawings and project documentation. The candidate will support design teams, prepare technical drawings, and coordinate project revisions with engineers, contractors, and site staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and 3D models
  • Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture, and Revit
  • Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
  • Support concept design to construction drawing development
  • Prepare authority submission drawings & required documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site teams
  • Maintain project files, drawing standards, and document control
  • Review and check shop drawings and material specifications

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience as AutoCAD/Revit Draftsman
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD Architecture & Revit
  • Ability to prepare drawings for high-rise, commercial and residential buildings
  • Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations & authority standards
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy in drawings
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
