Job Description

We are hiring caring, skilled, and dedicated Assistant Nurses to support our nursing and medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist Registered Nurses and Doctors in patient care, basic nursing procedures, documentation, and maintaining a safe healthcare environment.

Assistant Nurses play a key role in improving patient comfort, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring smooth daily operations in hospitals, clinics, or homecare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Registered Nurses and Doctors in patient care activities
• Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen level, etc.)
• Help patients with mobility, grooming, feeding, and daily activities
• Prepare patient rooms, equipment, and maintain cleanliness & hygiene
• Assist in wound dressing, injections (if permitted), and basic medical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and updates
• Support in administering medications as supervised by a nurse/doctor
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
• Coordinate with nursing staff for patient needs and clinical tasks

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing / Nursing Assistant / Nursing Aide certification
• BSc Nursing candidates may also apply (depending on employer)

Licensing Requirements:

• DHA Eligibility Letter / DHA License (preferred)
• Candidates willing to process DHA license can also apply

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience as Assistant Nurse / Nursing Assistant
• Experience in hospital, clinic, or homecare setting is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic nursing skills & patient care knowledge
• Ability to take vital signs and support clinical procedures
• Compassionate, patient-friendly, and responsible attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts
• English fluency required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage
