Job Description

A growing construction and infrastructure company in Albania is hiring skilled and hardworking Armourers for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in steel fixing, reinforcement work, rebar installation, and structural construction activities according to engineering and safety standards. Construction demand in Albania continues to grow across residential and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and reinforcement rods according to construction drawings
• Assemble and install reinforcement cages, mesh, and structural steel components
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, bar bending schedules, and site measurements
• Tie rebar using hand tools, binding wire, and reinforcement equipment
• Prepare reinforcement work for columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and concrete structures
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcement materials before concrete pouring
• Use cutting, bending, grinding, and measuring tools safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with shuttering carpenters, concrete workers, supervisors, and engineers on site
• Inspect reinforcement structures to ensure quality and construction compliance
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and handle materials properly
• Follow workplace safety standards and construction site procedures at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Armourer / Steel Fixer / Rebar Worker preferred
• Basic knowledge of reinforcement work, steel fixing, and construction techniques
• Ability to read construction drawings and measurements accurately
• Skilled in using reinforcement tools and construction equipment safely
• Physically fit for lifting steel materials and working in outdoor construction environments
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and attention to structural quality
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
