Job Description

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Admin Officers to join our team in Umm-Al-Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidates should be efficient, reliable, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative operations while supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, record-keeping, and documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communication between internal departments and clients.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and drafting official correspondence.
  • Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, basic employee documentation, and onboarding formalities.
  • Organize and update company databases, files, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or office support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with basic HR or accounts support tasks.
  • Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
