Job Description
We are seeking organized and detail-oriented Admin Officers to join our team in Umm-Al-Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidates should be efficient, reliable, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative operations while supporting the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and communication between internal departments and clients.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and drafting official correspondence.
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, basic employee documentation, and onboarding formalities.
- Organize and update company databases, files, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners as needed.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or office support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with basic HR or accounts support tasks.
- Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
