my name is varaprasad, totally having around 3+ years of experience in IT and relevant 2.5 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS ,
coming to my roles and responsibilities , I have involved end to end production support like P!,P2 &P3 Tickets and we were getting SDN from Manhattan that I was testing in our lower environment if everything went well we will deploy in production on DC downtime by raising change request .
