Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Medical Doctor to provide high-quality patient care, diagnose medical conditions, and deliver effective treatment plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, adhere to UAE healthcare regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement in patient outcomes and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Ensure adherence to DHA/MOH healthcare standards and ethical practices
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff for patient care
Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care
Participate in continuous medical education and training programs
Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when required
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
Valid DHA or MOH license (or eligibility to obtain)
3–8 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and medical ethics

Preferred Skills

Postgraduate specialization or board certification
Experience in hospitals or multi-specialty clinics
Strong patient relationship and empathy skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Multilingual abilities (Arabic is an advantage)
