Lady Teacher – Girls Academy

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Lady Teacher to join a Girls Academy in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education in a safe, supportive, and culturally appropriate learning environment, focusing on academic excellence and personal development of female students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach assigned subjects to girls according to curriculum guidelines
• Prepare lesson plans and engaging classroom activities
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular evaluations
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and individual support to students
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, respectful classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic planning
• Ensure student safety, well-being, and ethical teaching standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject
• Teaching certification or training (preferred)
• Minimum 1–6 years of teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred Skills

• Experience teaching in girls-only schools or academies
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, British, or Islamic curriculum
• Ability to communicate in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Culturally sensitive and student-focused approach

Salary Range (Ajman)

• AED 3,000 – 6,000 per month
  (Based on experience, subject, and working hours)
