We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist – Front Office to be the first point of contact for our company in Umm-Al-Quwain. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable reception area.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
