Job Description

We are hiring qualified and dedicated General Practitioners (GPs) to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care, diagnosing common illnesses, recommending treatment plans, and ensuring patient well-being in a clinic or hospital setting.

GPs will work closely with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff to deliver efficient and professional medical services as per Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical consultations, examine patients, and diagnose health conditions
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide follow-up care
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses in adults and children
• Handle minor emergency cases and basic procedures
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab tests, X-rays, scans, etc.)
• Maintain accurate patient records in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals and advanced medical care
• Provide patient education regarding lifestyle modification, disease prevention, and medications
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) rules and medical guidelines
• Maintain ethical, confidential, and professional standards in patient care

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical university
• Postgraduate qualifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner
• Experience in hospital/clinic settings is preferred

Licensing Requirements:

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)
• Candidates willing to process DHA license may also apply

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse patient cases
• Good knowledge of EMR systems & modern clinical technologies
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage
