Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to lead architectural design and project development for high-end residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will manage complete project life cycles—from concept design to construction supervision—ensuring high quality and compliance with local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design, planning, and execution of complex projects
  • Develop concept designs, 3D models, detailed drawings, and construction documents
  • Ensure project design aligns with client requirements, project goals, and timeline
  • Oversee and coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submissions
  • Manage site coordination, attend progress meetings, and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare documentation for authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, etc.)
  • Conduct design quality control and ensure compliance with UAE building codes
  • Monitor project progress, cost control, and timely delivery of milestones
  • Lead the architectural team and mentor junior staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as Architect, including 5+ years as Senior/Project Architect
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
  • Proven track record in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale developments
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE authority standards, building regulations, and approval procedures
  • Excellent design, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
