We are hiring an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to assist customers, answer queries, and provide high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide product/service information
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer records in CRM
- Process orders, returns, and follow-ups
- Prepare customer support reports
- Coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy & CRM knowledge
