Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation, shipments, and supply chain activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments
• Communicate with transport companies and vendors
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and shipment reports
• Track orders and update customers on delivery status
• Maintain inventory and logistics documentation
• Resolve delays, damages, or shipment errors
• Ensure accurate scheduling and route planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or similar
• 1–3 years of logistics coordination experience
• Strong communication & multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of logistics software and MS Office
