Job Description
We are hiring a Procurement Assistant to help manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and inventory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and materials.
- Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
- Maintain purchase records and inventory databases.
- Track deliveries and ensure timely supply.
- Prepare purchase orders and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for requirements.
- Ensure procurement policies are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
- 1–2 years of procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
