Job Summary:
DT IT Solutions & Services (FZC) is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support & Network Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services, managing network infrastructures, and implementing security solutions for clients. This role requires a strong technical background in networking, cloud computing, IT security, and structured cabling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Network & Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, cloud servers, and VPNs.

· IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote IT support for

hardware, software, and networking issues.

· Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, cloud hosting solutions, and domain/email configurations.

· Security & Surveillance Systems: Install, configure, and maintain firewalls and CCTV systems.

· Structured Cabling & Termination: Perform cable pulling, termination, and faceplate installation for networking projects.

· System Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure optimal system performance, security, and data integrity.

· Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, troubleshooting procedures, and network configurations.
