Job Description

A reputable family care and domestic services employer in Albania is hiring caring and responsible Nanny / Child Care Assistants for childcare support, child supervision, daily activity assistance, and family care services. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in child supervision, feeding support, hygiene care, educational play activities, and maintaining a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and daily hygiene routines for children
• Prepare light meals, snacks, and healthy food items for children when required
• Organize educational games, creative play, and child development activities
• Help children with school preparation, homework support, and daily routines where required
• Maintain cleanliness of children’s rooms, toys, clothes, and personal items
• Support nap schedules, bedtime routines, and daily activity planning
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding child care updates and daily routines
• Follow household childcare instructions, schedules, and safety procedures carefully
• Maintain professionalism, trustworthiness, and patience in all childcare responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nanny / Child Care Assistant / Babysitter preferred
• Basic knowledge of childcare, child hygiene, and child development support
• Caring personality with patience, responsibility, and good communication skills
• Ability to handle children safely and professionally in home or hospitality environments
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Physically fit for active childcare duties
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy personality
• Experience in child care centers, homes, or family care services is an advantage
