Hilton Garden Inn Tirana is hiring hardworking and reliable Domestic Cleaners for housekeeping, residential cleaning, room sanitation, and property maintenance support services in Albania. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in home cleaning, housekeeping, laundry support, room organization, and maintaining hygiene standards in residential properties, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing living spaces
  • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and common areas while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Wash, iron, fold clothes, and manage linen arrangement where required
  • Organize household items, furniture, and living spaces neatly and efficiently
  • Refill household supplies such as toiletries, cleaning materials, and room essentials where needed
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness in indoor and outdoor household areas
  • Handle cleaning chemicals, detergents, and household equipment safely
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or household repair needs to supervisors
  • Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene procedures, and employer instructions carefully
  • Ensure privacy, professionalism, and trustworthiness while working in residential environments

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Domestic Cleaner / Housekeeper / Cleaning Staff preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and household maintenance
  • Experience in homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or housekeeping sector is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and maintain cleanliness standards consistently
  • Physically fit for lifting, standing, bending, and long cleaning hours
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality
  • Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
