Job Description

Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is hiring responsible and hardworking Cleaner / Nanny Staff for housekeeping, cleaning assistance, child care support, and domestic service operations in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in cleaning, housekeeping, child supervision, room organization, hygiene maintenance, and basic caregiving support in homes, hotels, or hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing living areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas while maintaining hygiene standards
• Wash, iron, fold clothes, and manage linen organization where required
• Assist with child care duties including supervision, feeding support, helping children with daily routines, and maintaining a safe environment
• Prepare light meals or snacks for children/family members when required
• Organize toys, children’s rooms, and household items neatly
• Maintain cleanliness of childcare and living spaces at all times
• Handle cleaning equipment and household products safely
• Follow employer instructions regarding housekeeping schedules and childcare needs
• Ensure privacy, professionalism, and trustworthiness in daily work responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Cleaner / Housekeeping Staff / Nanny / Domestic Helper preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and child care support
• Experience working in homes, hotels, childcare centers, or hospitality sector is an advantage
• Good communication and caring attitude toward children
• Physically fit for cleaning and household support work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality
• Team player with strong work ethic and cleanliness awareness
