Job Description

A reputed manufacturing, construction, or industrial engineering company in Romania is hiring skilled Welders for metal fabrication, structural welding, and equipment repair work. The candidate will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques, reading technical drawings, preparing welding surfaces, and ensuring strong, precise, and high-quality welds according to project specifications. The ideal candidate should have practical welding experience, technical knowledge, and a strong focus on safety and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
✔ Read blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately
✔ Cut, shape, grind, and prepare metal surfaces before welding
✔ Inspect welded joints for strength, alignment, and finish quality
✔ Repair cracks, damaged metal structures, and machine components through welding
✔ Operate welding machines, grinders, cutters, and fabrication tools safely
✔ Follow welding safety standards, fire prevention rules, and protective equipment guidelines
✔ Assist in fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures
✔ Maintain welding tools, gas cylinders, and workshop equipment properly
✔ Ensure production deadlines are met with quality workmanship

Requirements:

✔ 2–5 years of hands-on welding experience
✔ Knowledge of MIG / TIG / ARC welding techniques
✔ Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding instructions
✔ Experience in metal cutting, grinding, and finishing work
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality control
✔ Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
✔ Welding certification is an added advantage
✔ Physically fit for workshop or site-based work
