Job Description

CON-A is hiring skilled and experienced Plasterers for industrial, commercial, and civil construction projects in Romania. As one of Romania’s major construction groups with large-scale civil and industrial works, the company is looking for professionals experienced in wall plastering, surface finishing, cement rendering, and decorative finishing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply plaster, cement mortar, and finishing compounds on walls, ceilings, and structural surfaces
• Perform internal and external wall plastering according to project specifications
• Smooth, level, and finish surfaces for painting, coating, and decorative applications
• Repair cracks, damaged plaster surfaces, and uneven wall finishes
• Prepare plaster mixes, cement compounds, and finishing materials accurately
• Install corner beads, mesh reinforcement, and finishing trims where required
• Carry out patchwork, touch-up finishing, and final surface correction work
• Operate plastering hand tools, trowels, floats, mixers, and finishing equipment safely
• Inspect completed surfaces for alignment, smoothness, and quality standards
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all company safety procedures
• Coordinate with masons, painters, carpenters, and supervisors for smooth project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Plasterer / Wall Finishing Worker / Surface Finisher
• Strong knowledge of plaster application, wall finishing, and cement rendering techniques
• Experience in internal & external plaster work on construction sites
• Ability to read basic construction measurements and technical instructions
• Experience using plastering hand tools and finishing equipment
• Physically fit for demanding construction work
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Team player with strong work ethic and safety awareness
