Hidroelectrica is hiring dedicated Water Canal Ground Workers for hydro canal maintenance, drainage improvement, and water infrastructure development projects in Romania. Candidates should have experience in excavation support, canal cleaning, and construction ground work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in canal excavation and maintenance work
  • Remove debris, soil, and blockage materials
  • Support lining installation and drainage work
  • Prepare construction tools and materials
  • Assist machine operators on-site
  • Follow worksite safety standards

Requirements

  • 1+ year ground work / labor experience
  • Physically fit for outdoor heavy work
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Basic English preferred
