Job Description

Unic Rotarex® is hiring experienced Steel Assembly Workers for lightweight steel structure production and assembly projects in Romania. The company manufactures galvanized steel structural systems for industrial buildings, modular structures, and steel-frame construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in assembling steel frames, fitting prefabricated components, fastening structural elements, and working according to technical assembly drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble prefabricated steel frames, beams, and structural components
  • Install bolts, screws, brackets, and fastening systems accurately
  • Read and follow assembly drawings, technical plans, and specifications
  • Assist in fitting galvanized steel profiles and structural supports
  • Use hand tools, drills, grinders, and assembly equipment safely
  • Inspect assembled components for alignment, stability, and quality
  • Support loading, unloading, and material handling in the workshop/site
  • Maintain workplace safety and follow company assembly procedures
  • Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams for smooth project completion

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in steel assembly / metal structure work
  • Knowledge of structural steel fitting and assembly techniques
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and measurements
  • Experience with hand tools and industrial assembly equipment
  • Physically fit for workshop and site work
  • Basic English communication skills preferred
  • Welding or fabrication knowledge is an added advantage
  • Team-oriented and safety-conscious attitude
  • Valid driving license is a plus
