Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and results-driven Production Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and optimize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with the production team, maintenance, and quality control departments to meet operational targets and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and control daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze workflow, equipment, and manpower utilization to optimize production performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and technical documentation.
- Supervise production staff and provide training to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in the development of new manufacturing methods, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment (preferably in UAE or GCC).
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and quality control techniques.
- Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, and production management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
