Job Description

We are seeking skilled Tile Masons to install, align, and finish tiles in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work with ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, and stone tiles to deliver high-quality flooring and wall finishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces (cleaning, leveling, and priming) for tile installation
  • Measure, cut, and lay tiles according to design and specifications
  • Mix and apply adhesives, grouts, and sealants correctly
  • Align tiles and maintain straight lines, even spacing, and level surfaces
  • Finish edges, corners, and transitions neatly
  • Repair or replace cracked/uneven tiles when needed
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness
  • Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tile Mason / Tile Installer
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience installing various types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, stone)
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and leveling techniques
  • Understanding of construction site safety procedures
  • Experience working in UAE / GCC construction sites
