Job Description

We are looking for skilled and experienced Structural Fabricators to fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel and metal components for building, industrial, and oil & gas projects. You will work from engineering drawings and specifications to build high‑quality structural frameworks and components while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The company provides accommodation and transportation for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches to determine project requirements.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and shape steel and metal components using hand and power tools.
  • Weld, bolt, or fasten metal parts to assemble structural components such as beams, frames, supports, and platforms.
  • Inspect fabricated parts and structures to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
  • Operate fabrication machinery such as grinders, plasma cutters, shears, and presses safely.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace cleanliness and organize materials.
  • Collaborate with welders, fitters, engineers, and site supervisors to meet production and installation schedules.
  • Follow all health, safety, and PPE protocols at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Structural Fabricator or similar fabrication role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) and metal fabrication tools.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work, including lifting heavy materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Preferred Skills

  • Vocational training or certification in fabrication, welding, or related trade.
  • Experience working on UAE / GCC construction or oil & gas projects.
  • Familiarity with site safety standards and fabrication best practices.
  • Ability to work extended hours and meet project deadlines.
