Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Designer to manage brand communication across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, design marketing visuals, and help enhance online presence through strategic social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality graphics, banners, videos, and marketing materials for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Develop innovative and consistent branding concepts for online communication.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand presence.
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns to increase followers, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Research and apply current trends, hashtags, and best practices in content creation.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  • Track performance insights and prepare monthly analytics reports for management.
  • Maintain a library of design assets and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management and design (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Basic photography/videography and editing skills are an advantage.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
