Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to optimize our website and digital content for search engines. The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and provide actionable insights to enhance overall online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and optimize website content.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues and implement fixes.
  • Track and report on SEO performance metrics and ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to enhance SEO initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for backlink acquisition and manage outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, keyword research, analytics, and website optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and search engine trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PPC campaigns, Google Ads, or other digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website coding for SEO purposes.
  • Knowledge of social media optimization and content marketing strategies.
  • SEO certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.
