Senior Finance Analyst 

Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to provide insights, financial models, and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Analyze financial data, market conditions, and operational trends to improve profitability.
• Prepare KPI dashboards, detailed financial reports, and presentations for management.
• Support cost management initiatives and identify areas for financial optimization.
• Develop and enhance financial models to assess future business performance and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Work with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, sales) to support financial insights.
• Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and well-organized records.
• Support risk management activities and scenario analysis for business continuity planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA/CMA/ACCA qualification (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cost controls, and budgeting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UAE market regulations is an advantage.
