Security Officer

Job Description

We are hiring 6 reliable and vigilant Security Officers to join our Security Services team in Ajman, UAE. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular security patrols around the premises.
• Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches immediately.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or incidents.
• Maintain daily logs and security reports.
• Ensure compliance with company security procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist in fire drills, evacuation procedures, and access control.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in security or facility protection (UAE experience preferred).
• Must have SIRA or PSBD certification (or willing to obtain).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency response.
