Job Description
We are looking for 5 dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to management.
equirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development (UAE experience preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in retail, trading, or service industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
