Job Description
We are hiring 3 motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinators to join our growing team in Fujairah, UAE. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting the sales department through coordination, documentation, and customer relationship management, ensuring seamless sales operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders.
- Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM databases accurately.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and related documentation.
- Handle client communication and follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.
- Track and report sales performance, targets, and forecast updates to management.
- Assist with organizing sales meetings, product demos, and marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
