Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to drive sales growth while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote products or services, close sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Promote and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales conversions
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales and customer service roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with a sales-driven mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UAE sales or customer service environment
- Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages a plus)
- Knowledge of retail, service, or B2B sales processes
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
