Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to drive sales growth while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, promote products or services, close sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Promote and sell company products or services to potential and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales conversions
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales and customer service roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a sales-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in UAE sales or customer service environment
  • Multilingual skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages a plus)
  • Knowledge of retail, service, or B2B sales processes
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Positive attitude and professional presentation
