We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail Banking Sales Executives to join a reputed banking institution. The ideal candidates will promote banking products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Identify and acquire new customers through outdoor sales, telecalling, and networking activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
- Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate product information and support customers throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail banking or field sales (UAE experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Good understanding of banking products and local market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.
