Job Description

We are hiring high-performing and customer-oriented Relationship Officers for a leading bank. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Applicants should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to understand financial needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for banking products such as accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
  • Build and maintain long-standing relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank.
  • Conduct field visits, telecalling, and lead generation activities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and offering product guidance.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and compliance with bank policies.
  • Participate in outdoor sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, or field sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Good understanding of banking products and local market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are an advantage.
