We are hiring a Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant to handle front desk duties and provide administrative support to office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and files.
- Support HR and admin tasks when required.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meeting rooms.
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Keep reception and office areas organized.
- Maintain confidentiality of office data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in reception/admin roles.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Professional and presentable.
- Multitasking ability.
