We are hiring a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle communication efficiently. The ideal candidate must be polite, well-spoken, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the correct department.
- Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk records.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist in administrative support tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Provide information about services and assist guests when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and presentable personality.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
