Job Description

We are hiring a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, and handle communication efficiently. The ideal candidate must be polite, well-spoken, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the correct department.
  • Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and front desk records.
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist in administrative support tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
  • Provide information about services and assist guests when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma.
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and presentable personality.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
