Real Estate Agent
Job Description
We are hiring experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join a leading real estate company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Applicants must have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for selling residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing
- Manage property listings including rentals and sales for residential and commercial units
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
- Negotiate offers, finalize agreements, and manage the sales closing process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding real estate market trends and investment opportunities
- Regularly update CRM systems, maintain records, and prepare weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales or brokerage experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Knowledge of property portals and CRM software
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
