Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the sales process. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and a deep understanding of the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, property portals, and referrals.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and follow-up meetings with interested buyers or investors.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options across residential and commercial categories.
  • Negotiate pricing, manage offers, and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation including agreements and client records.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, available inventories, and competitor activities.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and real estate promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Real Estate or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (Off-plan experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online property portals.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian are a plus.
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently in a competitive market.
