Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to support project planning, governance, and performance tracking across multiple business initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across departments.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to project management standards and governance frameworks.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate project updates and KPIs.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings and maintain alignment among stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Support the implementation of project management tools and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a PMO or project management role (preferably in UAE or GCC).
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, or other PM tools.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
