Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily production operations ko plan, manage aur supervise karna
  • Production schedules banana aur targets timely achieve karna
  • Quality standards maintain karna aur process improvements implement karna
  • Raw materials, manpower aur machinery ka effective utilization ensure karna
  • Production cost control karna aur wastage minimize karna
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) aur UAE compliance standards follow karna
  • Maintenance, procurement aur quality teams ke saath coordination karna
  • Daily, weekly aur monthly production reports management ko submit karna
  • Workforce training, performance monitoring aur discipline maintain karna

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of production/manufacturing experience (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization & quality control
  • Experience in handling machinery, manpower & production KPIs
  • Good understanding of UAE safety and labor regulations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving aur decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
