Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Sales Director in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with sales documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional attitude suitable for the dynamic real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules for the Sales Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, sales proposals, and documentation as required
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidential records and manage email correspondence
- Follow up on ongoing sales activities, leads, and project updates
- Coordinate with sales teams, clients, brokers, and partner developers
- Assist with event planning, project tracking, and database updates
- Organize office tasks and support general administrative activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant, preferably in Real Estate
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Professional appearance, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CRM / real estate property management systems
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
