We are hiring a professional Personal Assistant to support senior management with scheduling, communication, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate travel bookings, visa arrangements, and itineraries.
- Organize confidential files and maintain records.
- Assist in the personal and business tasks of the executive.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- 1–3 years of PA or executive support experience.
- Strong MS Office and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask & handle pressure.
