Job Description

We are hiring a professional Personal Assistant to support senior management with scheduling, communication, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, visa arrangements, and itineraries.
  • Organize confidential files and maintain records.
  • Assist in the personal and business tasks of the executive.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
  • 1–3 years of PA or executive support experience.
  • Strong MS Office and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask & handle pressure.
