Job Description

E-Commerce Marketing Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Type: Full-Time Reports to: General Manager Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in the vault, safes, and office ecommerce industry. Based in Dubai, you will take full ownership of our eCommerce presence — building effective digital campaigns, optimizing the online shopping experience, and driving consistent growth in online revenue. This role blends creative marketing with technical eCommerce management. You should be someone who can spot a funnel leak in Google Analytics, integrate WooCommerce, and launch a campaign that converts — all in one week. Key Responsibilities 1. eCommerce Management & Website Optimization – Oversee daily operations of Axon’s eCommerce platform (WooCommerce preferred) – Lead the integration of WooCommerce into the existing website (WordPress-based) – Manage product listings, images, pricing, categories, inventory visibility, and descriptions – Ensure smooth payment gateway setup and testing (Stripe, PayPal, local UAE options) – Collaborate with tech/agency partners to improve site speed, performance, and UX – Optimize conversion rate (CRO) through A/B testing, heatmaps, and customer journey audits 2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution – Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and retargeting – Develop a seasonal and product-driven content and campaign calendar – Manage paid media budgets and optimize ROAS across all platforms – Collaborate on visual and written content to ensure brand consistency and high CTRs – Integrate marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel) to measure impact 3. Sales Growth & Performance Tracking – Define KPIs to track eCommerce growth, funnel health, customer acquisition, and LTV – Report weekly/monthly on traffic, engagement, campaign ROI, and product performance – Identify sales trends and purchasing behavior to boost conversion and reduce cart abandonment – Increase AOV through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic bundling 4. Customer Experience & Retention – Design and manage CRM/email campaigns for abandoned cart recovery, promotions, and onboarding – Set up loyalty, referral, and review request campaigns – Work on improving the post-purchase experience, from communication to support flow 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align closely with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory readiness and timely delivery – Coordinate with marketing and IT teams for SEO, website content, and tech support – Work with freelancers or agencies to ensure timely execution of digital assets and web updates – Support the product team during launches, flash sales, and seasonal pushes Additional eCommerce Responsibilities – Develop and execute digital strategies tailored to the vault, safe, and office automation market – Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to remain competitive – Forecast digital sales and manage marketing budgets accordingly – Monitor local and international market dynamics to refine offers and positioning

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce – Proven track record of managing eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) – Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, CRO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms – Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions – Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills – Experience in B2B or industrial retail (vaults, safes, security systems, automation tech) – Familiarity with shipping APIs and international/local delivery processes – Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) – Working knowledge of eCommerce plugins for automation and sales optimization
