Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting insurance products, guiding clients with policy selections, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate should have strong sales abilities, a deep understanding of insurance products, and excellent customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products such as motor, medical, property, travel, or general insurance.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, telecalling, and other sales activities.
  • Provide detailed product information, quotations, and policy comparisons to clients.
  • Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support retention and cross-selling.
  • Assist customers with claim procedures and coordinate with the claims team when required.
  • Stay updated on insurance market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of general insurance products and underwriting basics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
