Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Helpers to support daily operational tasks across construction, facility services, and general support functions. The role is essential in assisting skilled workers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, safe work practices, and well-organized work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, skilled workers, and supervisors with assigned tasks
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment safely
• Support loading and unloading activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites
• Follow instructions and work under supervision
• Report hazards or issues to supervisors
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies
• Help with basic support duties as required

Required Qualifications

• No formal education required (basic education preferred)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined
• Team-oriented and cooperative attitude

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a helper or general laborer
• Basic knowledge of tools and materials
• Awareness of safety procedures
• Willingness to work shifts or extended hours if required
