Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic and Web Designer to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, developing and maintaining websites, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role requires strong design skills, technical web knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, flyers, banners, and presentations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain company websites to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and modern design.
  • Create user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and UI/UX elements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to produce creative content.
  • Edit photos, videos, and other media for branding and promotional use.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
  • Optimize graphics and website performance for speed and SEO best practices.
  • Troubleshoot web design issues and provide updates as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and web development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere/After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with branding and visual identity development.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
  • Photography or videography experience preferred.
