Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will drive high-quality traffic, maximize ROI, and provide insights to improve overall digital advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and Ads reporting tools.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, landing pages, and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign settings to achieve ROI targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for remarketing and audience segmentation.
- Track and report KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management tools.
- Proven experience with keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads certification or other PPC certifications.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
